Hiya,
I'm new here and i'm hoping to get back into running soon. A few months ago i was running 3/4 times a week for about 3 miles and was doing well but then my mum stopped so i had no one to go with. I want to start again soon :)

Whats the best way to get back into it?
I'm pretty fit already as i go horse riding every night and walk quite a lot too.

Find another running partner, definately helps to have someone to run with in my experience. I'd like to join a club but time constraints permit me from carrying this out, this would get you started for sure.

Hi,
It's important, because of your age ,that you don't do too much or run too far. Find a local club to join that has a juniors section is the best advice I can give.

Its a weird qusetion, but i like running with music- would talking to other people while i race mess up my running?
