I'm new here and i'm hoping to get back into running soon. A few months ago i was running 3/4 times a week for about 3 miles and was doing well but then my mum stopped so i had no one to go with. I want to start again soon
Whats the best way to get back into it?
I'm pretty fit already as i go horse riding every night and walk quite a lot too.
