Just to say hello.

I have started running recently - last three or so months. I have never really managed it before.

I am 55. I swim also, but got injured last October, was out of te water, and gained a lot of weight. I began losing it in April, and then started walking/running in July.

I have started running woth a local club, but have a lot to learn - and a lot of obvious questions to ask.
