Hi all,

I am currently in the middle of training for a 10k race but am wearing old trainers which I know offer no support.

As my 10k training plan is now increasing I am looking to get the right trainers. I have run long distances before (half marathon) in my current trainers but I suffered many injuries which I know were done to the trainers (shin splints, calf pain, ankle impingement).

I have ridiculously high arched feet and was looking to see if other people had any advice on types of trainers which are best for long distance and high arches ?

All advice is appreciated.
