Yes I've had similar on and off for 5years?
Weak glute muscles diagnosed. I found that regular, twice a week kettle bell exercises or deep squats ( loads of examples available on YouTube
and I bought a cheap kettle bell from Decathlon) without weights and 'clamshell' exercises really help, but you have to be regular with it. It's not going away in a week.

Yes I have the same - weak glute muscles. Physio gave me some good exercises concentrating strengthening these. Fortunately for me my physio is also into triathlon events so really knows how to sort out weak muscles. Definitely worth seeing a good physio who can show you how to do these exercises properly.
