Hi everyone,

Just registered here, not been running long well if you can call it that. Been in to keep fit mainly using the gym now for the past year, felt like i was getting bored in the gym and wanted to take my fitness to the next level. So here i am trying to run.

At the moment do spurts of 10 minute blocks on treadmill and have some days where i do longer 20 minutes or more etc. However feeling really tired of late and struggling to get into the right zone for running and feeling like not making much progress.

anyway thats a bit about me for now !!1

Get yourself outside running,and take it easy.

Don`t try to run too far or too fast.

Enjoy it...............:d

Welcome Vonzy,
As already has been said, try getting outside, the weather is fantastic for it just now. Take your time and don't run too fast. The fresh air and sunshine will get you in the right frame of mind for a run :)
