I done the 800m for the first time in 2 mins and 30ish seconds.
In the rain and on concrete.

I have been running a month.
I am 180 pounds and 6 feet.

If I run on a proper track will my time be faster than concrete?

How do I get below the 2 min mark for the 800m ???

Thank You

The time 2,30 for 800mt it's a very good time!(y)👏 It's very very difficult to below 2'. The rain on concrete it dangerous for the run. The rain slows the run. Sorry for my pour English.

We are allowed one outdoor excercise each day while the virus is so prevelant. I am looking forward to better times when our running club can start meeting again and we can also have some races.
