Iv ran with 20ish km/h tail winds and you definatly go quicker, dose it keep improving, Anyone ever ran with a really strong tail wind? Did it massively improve pace?

Could a 6 min mile person get close to a 4 min mile?

Why don't you google the treadmill record: it would give you a good idea.

It will improve your pace to a point, but once the winds get too strong then generally you'll get diminishing returns and you might even struggle to control your running with a strong wind from behind. There is no way I could see it making a difference of two minutes per mile.
