Last year I suffered a calf injury and not being able to run was so frustrating. It impacted my mood and took me further away from my goal.

Being injury free is good for my physical and mental health. It allows me to train more frequently, helps my sleep and impacts on my eating habits.

Since last March I’ve also been treating way more runners as gyms and sports have been closed. So as a physio I wanted to create this to help even more runners get back to activity and enjoy running without making the key mistakes which lead to the 6 most common running injuries.

✅ The single most important thing all runners should avoid
✅ Why the 6 most common running injuries happen and what to do about them
✅ turn to page 24 for the one exercise you should stop doing immediately that will also save you time

I would really appreciate any feedback from runners of all levels in this community. I'm keen to help as many people as possible so of there is a question or questions not answered then please let me know, so I can update and help more runners.
