Hi all! I started running couple mounts of ago and I like it. I live in Ukraine. Winter is coming soon. So, please, give me some advises how can I keep running when there is cold. Thanks

I don't think that I ever had to run when the temperature was below -10, but I would if I had to, I think :)
It is much better than running with hot temperatures.

I don't think I have run under -19C in Norway; I'm not sure how cold it gets with you. As it gets colder I start to use thin liner gloves under mittens, a headband to keep ears warm, a buff to pull over the cheeks and nose, a thick hat, windproof underwear, long, NOT compression socks, and often, spiked shoes for grip on ice or old snow. If it is at all windy I add a Windstopper jacket instead of a running jacket, making 3 or 4 upper layers.
