...but it feels like starting as a newbie again 
This morning I managed 30 mins on the elyptical trainer and 20 mins of a walk program on the treadmill. I can feel the ankle but it doesn't hurt and I stopped before it did.
I know it isn't much but it is a start and it felt good to be doing something
