Hi everyone, Just joined up, Live mostly in York but train on my own - which I would like to change, but being a weekend dad with the youngest being 3 means I train at odd times.
Have been a triathlete for 6 years and am now starting to make a mark in the over 50 cat.
My swimming and biking are good but my running lets me down, so any tips would be much appreciated. bye for now.
