hi, newbie here and i'll be looking to pick your brains over the coming months im sure, have some questions already, but i'll post them elsewhere. i've only run a 10k race, and that was 17 years ago when still at school. im now entered for the new york marathon. in at the deep end. always been fairly sporty and healthy but started in earnest with new diet and lifestyle last december. since childhood always wanted to do a marathon, and now i get the chance! started training in earnest couple weeks ago, but am down with summer cold now...thanks in advance!
