Hi everyone, just looking for some advice/interval session that anyone could suggest, I'm currently training for 1.5 mile run for the Royal Marines fitness teast and I'm also aiming to try and run a sub 5 minute mile. I'm running about 30 miles a week at the moment and my fastest 1.5 mile time is 8:45 seconds (5:50 min/mile pace). I'm looking for any good interval session that would help with improving my 1.5 mile time/hit a sub 5 min mile? Any advice is appreciated.
