Recently, I inherited an inversion table? Other than turning myself upside down to decompress the spine? WTF is it good for?

It can help your hair grow faster. Being upside down brings blood to the scalp. Other than that, I don't know. We had one at the old work gym and no one ever used it that I am aware of. It is supposed to stretch your spine out.

I have one and it is a great way to take pressure off your back, but I don’t use it more than 5 minutes at a time because blood vessels around the eye have ruptured. You could do sit-ups or crunches on it. I know a bunch of people that are work injury counselors and they all have inversion tables and use them. But if you don’t want it you can sell it, like on eBay.
