Hi there,

I'm back on the running programme after a long (1 year!) break. I always seem to end up stopping and starting training....injuries, work, probably, honestly, laziness.

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone else starts to itch all over during running, after a long break? This always happens to me, and I know if I just run through it, next week there'll be no itching again. I read somewhere it might be to do with capillaries shrinking during inactivity...does anyone know any more about this?

I admit I'm unfit...I do a lot of yoga, so I have some strength and goodish core....but aerobically I'm hopeless!

Any thoughts would be great :D
