...and it killed me, compared to my first run. I couldn't half feel it below my calf muscles. I had to walk sooner this time, but I ran more at the end. Exactly the oppsite of my first run. My breathing went straight out the window aswell!! Still, I'm glad I done it, wasn't looking forward to it really... Feels better now!!

Firstly well -done

If you slow down a little you may find you can go further - just barely faster than walking pace so you can hold a conversation. Its takes time for your body to adjust
