Hi all

Well I did it! The Drovers 6mile/10k run in Llantrisant. It was an amazing experience. I took everybody's advice on the forum and got good running shoes/did pilates/warmed up/and most importantly.......went at a steady pace. I must admit, the second mile or so was extremely up hill, but it seemed ok. After that running off road through the hills and wind farms was EPIC! I wasn't interested in my time but I think I did it in 1 hour 10 minutes. Next on the adgender, Tewksbury half marathon!
