I ran 15k yesterday and now have a sore knee.
I think it's because I run slightly pigeon-toed on that leg, thanks to an old ankle injury, so twist the knee as I run.
Any suggestions for things that could help with this?
Also, any ideas on how long I should rest it for before continuing with training, considering that I'm running a half marathon in 2 weeks?
