Hi everyone,
my issue is "patellar hyperpressure" (translated with google from Italian) and since the 12 sessions with the therapist so far have been not so effective, the doctor has now suggested a knee brace while doing sports.
He suggested one of these: GENUTRAIN P3 or REACTION DONJOY: do you have any experience? any reason to prefer either of these? any suggestion is highly welcome. Thank you in advance

That seems like pretty aggressive brace to jump to. Is there a reason he is going straight to those? Also, what exercises has your therapist had you do over the past several weeks of therapy?
