Hi Steady Edwina... nice to see you :)

I'm not entered... I'm doing my last longest run for FLM tomorrow, or maybe Monday if the weather is bad tomorrow.

22 miles

Touching all the wood I can find at the moment Edwina... haven't got the injury fixed yet but it's holding up to the training quite well :)

Well the Lakeside 10k was spectacular in terms of fantastic scenery but there was quite a big cross-country section, which I really struggled with. The first lap I really hated hated because I kept going over on my ankles and there was three more to complete on the second lap I bumped into another road runner who was also on the verge of giving up so we ran together and walking the cross-country sections and we finished last but we did finish.
