If you have a late race(after 6pm in the evening) do you:
Eat well the night before as if in a norm race;
Eat a mega breakfast and little lunch on race day;or
eat nutritional breakfast and two smaller lunches at say...12pm and 3pm
Any of these right. what do you suggest???
