Hi All,
I've never really gone for runs as I've always been active playing football, but since I can't do that at the moment I thought I'd try running. Not long after I've set off, my inner thighs start to itch to the point I have to try rubbing them. This sensation gets worse to the point I have to stop and scratch and it feels unbearable. It was cold an windy when I last went but it does happen sometimes when it's warm so I'm out of ideas.

Please help!
