Hello, everyone:

I hope to meet people who have same health goal with me here. I want to carry out a keep-fit scheme, that is, running for 5 kilometers on a daily basis.

And I will record my achievement every time. I am 27 years old this year.

I will come here often, to share with all of you guys about my running story.

Hi Leon! Whereabouts are you based?

Are you training for anything in particular or just to try and get/stay fit?? Many would agree that if you set yourself short term and long term goals it'll help your motivation no end!

Whatever you decide i'm sure the forumites will do their best to offer you their advice ;)
