Afternoon all, after my weight got on top of me i decided to put myself out of my comfort zone and turned to running, now I'm back to work unfortunately i sit at a desk for 8 hours a day and find it very hard to enjoy or find the motivation to go for a midweek run due to constance back ache throughout the run.

I get up and walk around as much as possible, have a back support on my chair, i was wondering if anyone has the same issue and found anything that works for them to relieve that pressure ?

I would think the opposite way and possibly try one of those kneeling chairs so that your back has to strengthen to support your weight. But really, your work is causing you an injury and I believe you should follow up with the correct medical service.
