Hi all
Doing my second half marathon tomorrow. Training for the last 2 months has been 2 three mile runs and 1 nine mile run weekly. Unfortunatley due to working full time and bringing up 3 children I'm only able to find time for 3 days training. Here's my question? If I was to consider doing a marathon next year, what sort of weekly training would I need to do? Does anybody out there have a training plan that would suit a runner that works full time and changes millions of nappys?
