As we are six months into the year what mileage are people up to?
Any form of measurment allowed; even GPS! (Only joking!)

I am on 1343 miles so far.:d

I can`t match that Steepler,but I have managed 516 miles so far.

Was in your part of the world last week Steeplar.

Had a couple of really nice morning runs along the seafront............ With my Garmin........:d

and as for my mileage so far this year...it's hardly worth reporting due to the darn injury.

I've got an appointment at a private Sports and Injury Clinic in Bristol this afternoon...if they can't find out what the problem is, then I really am in trouble!

To get back on thread, I've clocked 470 miles which I believe is around the optimum amount for my age. Last year I clocked 1,009 miles and won all my races bar two (and one of those was a World Championship in Switzerland), so I guess I've got the mix about right.
