Hi all - I am a newbie here so if I make any hideous gaffes please excuse my ignorance of forum etiquette!!
I am a fairly new runner (did the 5K race for life in 36 mins) and am going out for a run in about 20 minutes.
My level of fitness is fairly good although I am a little overweight
Anyway, have got a 10K coming up in September and need to lengthen the amount of time I am actually running.
Does anyone have a beginner-ish 10K schedule that they can recommend?
