I will be using this thread to track what i do day to day to keep me on track. For context i am 26 bit out of shape due to medication & lifestyle choices. I want to changed so i will state my goals bellow
1st goal = run 3 miles a day
2nd goal = run 6 miles a day
3rd goal = run 3 miles in 30 mins
4th goal = run 6 miles in 60 mins
5th goal = run 6 miles in 54 mins
6th goal = run 6 miles in 48 mins
7th goal = run 6 miles in 42 mins
At the time of me writing this thread i have already been running for 9 weeks so below i will post my progress. Please comment or not 👍
