Week 11 day 2

Tuesday 01/11/2021

Tuesday i did 39min 22 seconds on the treadmill
the speed from 0 to 5 min was 4.1 speed,
speed from 5 to 11 min was 4.7 speed
speed from 11 to 16 min was 4.1 speed
speed from 16 to 21 min was 4.7 speed
speed from 21 to 38.53 min was 4.1 speed

kcal burned was 196

distance 2.8miles

Felt ok actually i need to do some research on the best meals to eat before a run i have had good success with oatmeal and a banana

Felt weird even though i have been running each day my sleep has been screwed up due to life events going on.

Week 11 conclusion was

1,176 kcal burned in 6 sessions i missed one due to my sleep overlapping a day i will try to not let this happen again
16.8 miles ran in 6 sessions the same as above it could of been 19.6 miles
total time was roughly 236 mins if i didn't miss that 1 session it would of been around 278 mins which would of been nice but we must move on

Goals next week is to increase speed by 0.1 going from 4.1 on the low end to 4.2 then on the high end of interval training to go to 4.8 time most likely will go up by 30 seconds or so. the daily goal is 2.9 miles everyday next week

so far the week is good if everything goes to plan next monday will be my first girl of 3 miles but then i need to get it down to 10 mins

Had oatmeal for breakfast with an apple the run feels much smoother this might be my new pre run meal

week 12 conclusion

total time running was 240mins 4 hours or so
Total distance was 18.9 miles ran
Total calories burned was 1236 kcal

Going to go up to 3miles a day i did miss a day which makes it look like i am not making progress but i am my mile is getting faster i have a few things going on in life which is making this harder than it needs to be. After this week i am going to change interval training a bit i will give it 2 weeks for my body to get used to the new times.

i did 40min 20seconds on the treadmill
the speed from 0 to 5 min was 4.3 speed,
speed from 5 to 11 min was 4.9 speed
speed from 11 to 16 min was 4.3 speed
speed from 16 to 21 min was 4.9 speed
speed from 21 to 40min 20seconds was 4.3 speed

kcal burned was 210

distance 3 miles

felt allot harder than any other day in the last 12 weeks just need to get through this week

Back again just going to recap week 14 which was last week.

did 4 days Wednesday to Sunday ran for 40mins 20 seconds a day
total distance was 12 miles nothing special but this is a stressful time that should be over by the new year
kcal burnt was 850 kcal meh

plans for next week meaning today to Sunday is i am going to change my interval training from 0 to 5 / 5 to 11 / 11 to 16 / 16 to 21 / 21 to x /
to 0 to 6 / 6 to 12 / 12 to 18 / 18 to 24 / 24 to 30 / 30 to x so that is this weeks plan i imagine my mile time will be slightly faster by 10 seconds just for the extra 2 mins at a faster speed after this week i plan to scale back my time as i already reached 3 miles a day but now i wish to get a faster time 13min mile to 10 mils then to scale up to 6 miles a day at 10min a mile pace. then scale back 6 miles to 3 miles going slightly faster each week to decrease my 1 min mile maybe to 8 mins we will see.

ps i have a note on my whitebard of reaching 12.50min 1 mile by christmas i should reach that next week so maybe a 11.50min is possible by christmas. That would be nice.i will post later

Week 15 conclusion

i missed posting for a few days my bad i still ran so not all bad. did 6 days this week puts me at 18.6 miles for the week the most ever if i did today it would of been 21.7miles but moving on

total distance was 18.6 miles
total kcal burned was 1302 kcal
total time was = 4.2 hours if i go up every week i end up being on the treadmill an extra 7mins

1 mile time = 13min 7 seconds (note i did change the interval timing on the treadmill thats the reasoning behind it not being faster tomorrow it will be faster.

Conclusion to the week a better week it would of been perfect if i did Sunday.

Plans for next week is going up 0.1miles each day & an extra minute
