As a runner, musculoskeletal Chiropractor and myofascial soft-tissue therapist I have combined my knowledge to develop effective ways to self-treat my legs. I finally, got around to writing an article on how to do this and just wanted to share it with my fellow running community. The techniques require a Massage Stick Roller and a Spiky Massage Ball. I would suspect the Spiky Massage Ball is used somewhat differently to the way in which most people have been using them. Hopefully, the running community find the information of help and use and any comments are more than welcome.
