Hello! Ive been running for year on and off. Mostly 3km per session. Trying to do at least 2-3 times a week. In winter i dont run but i do ice swimming. Anyway... im doing this because i have High blood pressure and nobody can tell why(27 years old male/90kg). In high hopes that someday i could get off the medicine. Il be honest... i dont like running but health is my priority. Anyway today i did longest runn so far... 13 km in one hour and 27 minutes. Really slow but at least i am able to hold constant speed. Hopefully i will be able to do 20km in end of the summer.

Great job NDB! Welcome to the forum. Ice swimming? Wow! Sounds refreshing 🥶. Are you following a training programme at all? I've found it to be a great motivator, as are running watches/fitness bands - turning it into a computer game where I'm the main character! I didn't used to like running either, but I'm hooked now. What do you think? 🤔
