Hi Heather,

It sounds like you are probably at the same point as me. I have finished having my family, have four in all and I about two stone overweight which makes running a lot harder. Yesterday I did manage to run for 35 mins and set off really slowly by the end it actually felt easier and I was really surprised, previously I hae tried to run too fast and did nto enjoy it as much. I covered about 2 1/2 miles so very slow pace. I have learned already not to set off too quickly and warm up properly and I am hoping that my pace will gradually improve as I get fitter. I was curious to know How far have you managed to run so far and how many times a week are you running, it is difficult to balance time for running with kids

Best wishes
Nicola
