Yeah, ilaid of the booze when i started to lose weight - that was February last year! I've had a couple of nights out since then, but everytime i come back i feel like crap.
Over the last 18 months i've filled my body with so much goodness (fruit, veg etc) that having a night of debauchery on alcohol and crap food sends me into some kind of toxic shock - my body needs to flush the crap out. (either that or laying off lager turned me into a right lightweight!)
I can live without alcohol, so for me it was easy to drop from my diet.
