Hi, so I've decided to try and get back into running again after several years away from it. I quit because I have flat feet and running was hurting my knees and ankles. I now use orthotics everyday in all my shoes. I'm looking for new running shoes. Should I be looking for neutral shoes, that I can put my orthotics into, or should I be looking a supported shoes without my orthotics. I look forward to your advice.
