depending on the time of year determines what i do. But usually i enjoy trying to fit in during the summer months swimming ontop of my running. Also i do weights at home every other day. Not big ones though as im not trying to get BIG, but toned.
And, unfortunately ive had to give it up for now due to not having the time and no money to afford it ( being a student!! ), martial arts - thai boxing. Did freestyle kick boxing, but changed to thai, which is 100X's better!
do you do anything else too?
