Morning ladies,

Im new to the forum and new to running. I started with couch to 5k so so have been running 3 days a week for about 9 weeks (I have had to repeat a couple). I've now started getting a muscle pain on one side near my hip. I rested a week it went I ran this morning and its back. Please help just started to enjoy running :(

Could be a 'glute' problem. When I had this problem I consulted a sports physio and they put me on the road to recovery.
