Hi everyone,
When I just start running it gives a pain when feet touch the ground. Pain is located below the knees on both legs, feels like surrounding the leg along the whole length from knee to the foot. After running 1,5 - 2 km the pain is almost gone, coming back when I start running next day. I’m running around 80 km per week with no volume increase for the moment. Feel this pain already for 2 weeks, it remains quite stable during all this period.
Could you share some ideas about the reason and what to try to get rid of? Regards,
