A week ago i was playing football on concrete and for some reason i stepped on my right foot and then it just felt like i stepped on it way too hard. I could barely walk and so went home and put ice on it. I was being a lazy bum and so didn't get any ibruofen till like yesterday which has helped the pain go down.

But my heel is pretty swollen and when i walk i have to walk on my toes :worried: Do i have Plantar Fascia ? I will go to the doctors tomorrow, but i really hope it isn't that since well the summer is here:'(

you could have a small tear in your plantar fascia or even a calcaneal stress fracture!
Go see a specialist podiatrist and or even your GP. Your GP will seek advice from a Specilaist Podiatrist anyway if he doesnt know what it is. An x-ray would exclude a calcaneal stress fracture but an ultrasound scan would be needed to confirm a tear in the plantar fascia if it is that!

Oh, ok will get it checked out, but a friend told me that i just probably bruised the heel pad from jarring down on it too hard ? I think that is probably correct or i hope so

get it checked if you have done damage to the Plantar fascia then you want to get it treated as soon as possible, the longer you leave it the longer it takes to heal......several months if you are not careful, you also need to rule out calcaneal fracture
