Does anyone out there ever suffer from Numb toes.
Every time i run more than 30 mins, hilly or flat my right big toe goes numb. It feels like i have a metal bar running under the ball of my foot between my instep and second toe. This seems to cut off circulation to my big toe. It is very uncomfortable and quite distracting.
I thought my trainers were to small at first and went to up & running in Manchester were they put me on a treadmill with a camera and deduced I had a pronation problem and sold me some Brooks shoes that compensated for it and were the right size.
So armed with the latest gear I went straight for a jog and hey presto. 30 mins and it was back to the drawing board.
I have tried loosening, tightening, re lacing in different ways but no joy.
I am getting mighty Pee’ed off and fear it is going to end up with my sacking this whole running thing altogether.
PLEASE HELP before its to late.
