Hi everyone, just joined
Hope im posting in the right section, if not please move, anyway...
My 16th birthday is coming up and im after a treadmill.

I dont want to be spending too much on one, around the £200-£300 mark if possible.

I want to be running, ive heard i should be going for a treadmill with a 1.5 horsepower continuous duty rating or more and a speed of 8-12mph if i want to be running rather than walking.

Im roughly 6ft so ive been told a length of 55"+ would be best...

Can anyone reccomend me to any decent, good quality treadmills?

Any help at all would be much appreciated, Thankyou.

Bradley ;)

In my experience, unless you buy the big, expensive ones, it's really not worth investing in a treadmill. You are better off joining a gym or hitting the road. I once bought a really good treadmill for £450, but it was far too big and couldn't fit it in my flat so I sent it back and bought some decent running shoes instead.
