Ahh how long is a piece of string!:d Before anything else you need to establish just what kind of running style you have, what kind of footstrike do you have? Do you have a high, normal, or flat arch? What I'm trying to say is that its not just a question of someone on here saying this shoe or that shoe is good/bad it really is what's best for you!
My best advice is for you to visit a proper running shop and get some advice from someone who knows and can tell you what you need by looking at your feet first hand!(so to speak!)
Believe me I've been there and I've got the wardrobe full of trainers to show for it!
