My right knee is really really sore :( It wasn't caused by running, so I feel like a bit of a numpty I wacked it into the door frame as I was coming in from the balcony. Hopefully is will feel better tomorrow so I can go for a run, but it is feeling really tender right now :(

Thankfully it feels ok today :) Need to do a short run this evening, as tomorrow evening I am going to my new date's house for dinner, wine and perhaps more ;) Can 't take 2 days off in a row :p

I was going to say, what a boring way to get an injury - no ravines, quicksand, bottomless puddles, or mountainous ascents :lol:

Ouch by the way, glad it hasn't hindered your running :d
