Hi all,

I have been running for over a year now, completing a couple of half marathons and so on. One thing I have really begun to notice is that I am neglecting my recovery. I work 9-5, and eat dinner immediately after work and then run later in the evening between 20:00/21:00. Having already eaten, I do not have the urge to eat another meal afterwards, perhaps explaining soreness etc. As a replacement from another meal, what can be advised to eat afterwards snack wise? I am also concerned to not gain additional excess wait because of eating a meal and then later snacking...

You don't really need to eat anything extra. It's generally only an issue if you're doing something like 15 - 20+ mile runs every week. At that point you won't have a choice in the matter because you'll just be eating constantly without giving it any thought.
