Steepler, shame on you, each to their own, you might not like.....but I love mine and my performance is improving (in a sick sort of way). We are not all 'naturals' at pacing ourselves! some of us need help, as long as it doesn't take the enjoyment out of running, then who cares. As I found out last weekend when I got lost all on my own in the middle of nowhere....my Garmin could get me back to where I started. It is not a magic formula, but if used as a training tool, then I like it.........enough said. Has anyone ever been to casualty (St Richards) to have one removed?????
