Hey guys

I'm playing of joining the Royal Marines in 1-2 years and they are fit, obviously!

Im generally fit and can run generally well can run 1.5 miles in 8:30 and 10km in 45 mins at the moment but im joining a rowing club with my brother as he also wants to join the Marines but will this help my cardio alot with running also as the final test is 30 miles across dartmoor carryin 21 pounds of equipment, i will keep up the running but will rowing also help with this???

Rowing is an excellent all over workout, it works most of your major muscle groups and gets your heart and lungs working.
