I saw this the other day while passing fins bury park "10K cancer research" - I know this is around 6 miles and the most Ive run so far is 2 miles, but are these things like a fun run you just go with or without training and just try your best?

its for charity, alot of people walk it. its probs not the best idea to try and ru th whole thing without training, but you can try your best! cancer research also do loads of 5km runs aswell, they might be worth a look
