I recently started running again after having covid .Pre covid I was running over 35 miles a week But now I am lucky to be able to run 3 miles without stopping for a breather. Just wondered if anyone else had it and are running again

I have had it and suffering the effects of long covid. I went from 40 miles a week to zero. Slowly building back up and managing 20 miles a week although some weeks are very low.

There is no use pushing too hard in case it knocks you backwards. But, you will get there.

I would recommend you to follow these guidelines always accordingly with medical recommendations.
