Hi everybody,

I'm looking for an app that I can configure for interval training based on my heart rate.

Say I want to create a workout where I warm up, then run fast until my heart beat reaches 160, then I slow down until it reaches 115 bpm and tells me to speed up again.

I seems MapMyRun allows one to do this with their coaching feature put only when you have an iPhone :mad:.

Maybe the Adidas Runtastic app has it but they don't provide a trial version of their premium version which apparently allows one to create interval programs.
