i need to get my fitness up and im looking for someone to run with.
i live in uxbridge, hillingdon so somewhere around that area or a bus ride away.
i need to get my motivation and i get bored with my own company so looking for someone elses!

Have you tried seeking out running clubs in your area?

I'd definately suggest looking for a running club... not only will there be set club nights where you can run with groups of people of similar ability, but you'll probably make some good friends who you can go running (and possibly partying!) with outside the clubs usual meets Check out the club section on this site, or the uk athletics website for a list of clubs near you
