Hi there,

I live in in Iwerne Minster (between Shaftesbury and Blandford) and ended up travelling to Bournemouth as I couldn't find anywhere closer! I went to up and running where they had the gait analysis, however they had a very limited range of shoes in my size which was very frustrating. I have heard good things about running free in Poole Running Free Home Page but can't give you a personal recommendation for them so best to give them a call before you travel any distance. Let me know if you've had any joy finding anywhere as would love to find somewhere a bit closer!
Where abouts in N Dorset are you?

I live in Weymouth and I went to up and running in Winton near Bournemouth. The support was great, they do treadmill gait analysis for £10 I think but they then give you a voucher to spend in the shop so effectively its free if you buy something. I already had trainers (asics) and took them along, done the treadmill running and he said mine were suitable for me so I had no pressure from them to purchase other shoes and stuff.

Would definitely recommend.

Heres there website Up and Running Bournemouth - running shoes, running clothing, running accessories

thanks
